The suspects scrambled out of the SUV, and the man flagged down the woman in the approaching Civic.  He pulled her from the car, but she got tangled in her seatbelt and tumbled to the street.  “When I saw him, he was behind the wheel punching and kicking her,” said Hamm, who lives across from Barnes. “And she was on the pavement.”  The man yelled at residents to stay back, then drove the Civic to the corner, dragging the woman alongside before she was able to get untangled.

This is why I propose, not firearms training, but give them what they want training, an extensive course designed to improve your skills at handing over money, getting out of your car, fleeing your home, submitting to rape, moving quickly to the back room of the convenience store, learning to kneel down on the floor efficiently, moving fast to open your door rather than force someone to kick it in, the ability to quickly enter your PIN # at the atm to hand over everything to the societal victim, how to help the societal victim select an appropriate “second location” where things are always more fun…etc…this could be a multi-level course.
